visiting week

In  response  to  requests,  APA  has  established a  regular  Visiting  Week,  approximately  once a  month during the  last  full  week  of  the  month.  Interested parents are invited into the classroom to observe student progress. We know it's hard to watch with the hub-bub in the lobby! This is your chance to learn more about the discipline of dance, class format and the sequence of learning.

We do have some special requests:

• Please remove your shoes to keep dance floor clean for dancers.
  
• Turn phones off, and please take any conversation to the lobby.
  
• Be ‘invisible’ so you can see what class is really like and observe how your child is doing. Please, no parental directions from the side.
  
• If possible, find care for young siblings, or take them out of class if they are distracting.
